a weekly public access tv show 'goddessKRING'
has aired since 1995. i go for long walks by
mySELF and love movies/art/reading/meditating
and animals.

I live in seattle now. born in san diego

Why did you start writing your diary online?
Expressing is my PAssion. web/video/painting
modeling and KringSPEAK audio/music that i
Create. i write in a paper diary everyday
in addition to my online diary.
Do you communicate with readers of your
diary?
Yes. Live journal has 20,000 or so memebers
we are linked and post comments to each other
some journals are private- but i like to keep
mine very Open.
How much email feedback do you recieve
from your diary? Is it mainly positive or negative?
10 comments a day on average. i post many pics
i take along with words/feelings/thoughts of
my day/life/mood. 80 percent are Supportive
and the rest are from people who judge my
honesty and eccentricity pretty harshly!
Have you met any new friends because of
the diary?
Yes. i have at least 3 new friends in person
because of the journal and 20 or so online
friends that share with me.
Has your motivation changed over time?
i have always wanted to share with anyONE
interested in learning about me.
How has the diary changed your life?
i feel more Expansive. my mind is growing
and healing and OPEN.
Do your friends and family know you keep this
journal/read it? If

you had any really negative experiences as a result?
If not why?
Yes. both my parents enJOY my Expression and
are supportive. they are more private than
me but they respect my freedom. Sometimes i
worry about how much i share on a personal
level...but i choose to move through my fear.
How has the diary benefited you? Your friends? Or total strangers?
People tell me i inspire them to be more
daring and trust their creative urges and
Express more authentically.
Has your diary ever gotten you in trouble? If so, how? Scenerio: If you were wronged by a person that you know reads your diary, would you bash them anyway? What about family? What about co-workers?
i give poeple nic names. a few times i have upset people i know who feel their privacy has been invaded by my sharing online- so i keep it focused on me- and am vague about who i am talking about. i don't want to hurt anyone!
If you had to do it over again from the beginning, what
would you change?
just keep on growing and expressing.
Do you have any favorite entries?
i enJOY how i change from to day. many of my
latest entries have gorgeous photos i have
taken that i am very proud of.
What do you look for in an online journal, as a reader?
Passion, intensity, courage, strength,
uniqueness, humor, intelligence, compassion.

Do you censor yourself in your diary?
i am pretty OPEN...i just try and protect
the privacy of those i know and when i am
feeling very negative i let it all hang out
and then have to repair later!

i sometimes speak in Rhyme/KringSPEAK poetic
dreamVISION speech...

Patience and adapting to what works and doing
it as best i can. Follow through. no giving
up!

in what you have to say?
my passion and intelligence and artistic
talent. sincerity.
What compels you to design beautiful
pages and to write from the heart (beyond just the usual question of
"why an online journal")?
i am in Love with expressing and creating and
sharing with a 'tribe' of people in tune with
what i share.
