First log into your hosting services file manager. Once in you will see different buttons you can use to create Web pages, edit Web pages, rename Web pages and create folders. The one you are going to use may say "New Directory" or may be more difficult to find. On Geocities it is in an area for "Subdirectories" and you click on the "New" button.

If you are moving your Web site or starting your Web site from scratch you should build your folders first so you can create an organized Web site. By organizing your Web pages into folders from the beginning you will be able to find your Web pages when you need them.
