Profile Page - Get your own uniques site address that you can send to potential sponsors or to your friends. From your profile page you can see all the connections you've made, all the forum posts you've posted, your blog, your photos and videos and your profile.
Upload a profile picture for your profile and add a little about yourself. There are a few different tabs in the update profile page so make sure you explore them all. From your profile page sponsors can find you, if you chose "yes" to sponsors on your profile, so make sure you do this if you are looking for sponsorship.
Photos - Create your own photo gallery. You can upload up to 10 photos to your photo album, although that may increase in the future. Add titles and descriptions to each photo.
Blog - Keep your own blog. Tell about your accomplishments, your training or anything else you want to tell about. Choose to keep your blog entries private if you want or share them with the world.
Advanced Design - I don't see any advanced design features for this profile.
