Do your friends and family know you keep this site/read it? If so have you had any really negative experiences as a result? If not why?
No negative experiences that I can recall
How has your Web site benefited you? Your friends? Or total strangers?
The website serves as an inspiration to others to create their own personal abode on the Internet, and gives them ideas about what to put on their own sites
If you had to do it over again from the beginning, what would you change?
Get a paid hosting service
What are your favorite things on your site?
Pictures and writings
What do you look for in an personal Web site, as a viewer?
The author's ability to convey emotions on the site
What is "one word" that would describe your site?
"family-friendly"
Because of your site do you consider yourself a Web celebrity, an exhibitionist, a public figure, a writer, an innovator, or something different?
Not really
How do you tackle the mechanics of Web design and how do you deal with your frustrations when you can't do what you envision.
The inability for FTP uploads/downloads and banners on the site is a real drawback for me, but I learn to deal with it.
Why do you think people are interested in your family, what they do, and/or what they have to say?
It's human nature to be curious about other lives, and being able to read about another family/other people on my site helps satisfies this curiosity.
What compels you to design beautiful pages and to write from the heart (beyond just the usual question of "why do you write a Web site?")
My inborn desire to convey emotions to others.
