Send Photos Directly from Gmail Through Picasa

Tuesday June 6, 2006
Now when you use Picasa on your PC to organize your photos and use Gmail as your email program you can send your photos to friends and family right from Picasa and Gmail will even resize your photos for email for you.

Picasa is photo software that will automatically locate all the photos on your PC for you. Then it will organize them for you. You can reorganize them by dragging and dropping the photos into the different albums. Create names for the photo albums too.

Make quick fixed to your photos with the tools that Picasa has to offer. Then print them, email them, make CD's of them and post pictures on your Web site or blog.

When you want to share them with friends and family you can use your Gmail email. Picasa will even resize the photos for you so they won't bog down your friends computer when she tries to download them and they won't be too big to view.

If you use Blogger to host your blog you can upload your photos to your blog by clicking on the Blogger button.

If you have a TIVO Series 2 you can even have your pictures sent there.
