Why would you want to give other people money in Second Life? Maybe someone did something for you or made you something, you'd have to pay them, or tip them, for the job. If you're in a club you're sometimes expected to tip the dancers, waiters, or other people working there. If you're friend needs some cash and you have it, you may want to let them borrow some. There's many reasond to give money, those are just a couple.
Right click on the person you want to pay.
A circle pops up with some options in it, click on the option that says "Pay".
