When did you start your site?
I am 16 and 8 months right now.

When did you start your site?
I started my site when I was 15 and 11 months

School and work status - Full time student, graduated, do you work, etc
I'm a stressed grade 12 student. I have a part-time job as a piano teacher (that pays very well, thank you very much!).

Hobbies - What do you like to do, besides keep this site, what clubs/organizations are you involved in?
I'm the yearbook editor this year. I am also involved in the robotics team (building and designing), math club, and have been playing piano for 10 years now. I also teach piano to beginners.

Where do you work on your site? Home, school, library, other?
I work on my site at school mostly because the internet connection is so fast. Sometimes I work at home as well.

How did you learn Web page design? Do you use HTML to create your site?:
I learned HTML at a camp and also at school (but really basic stuff). I have also used htmlgoodies.com to teach myself more advanced HTML and some JavaScript (which is currently being phased into my website).

Why did you start writing your Web site?

I started writing my site as a part of my grade 11 computers assignment. The assignment was to create a webpage about anything at all. Since my computer teacher basically told us to self learn HTML for this, I wanted to blow her away... and I did. At the beginning, there weren't as many subject-specific sites and graphics, but I eventually added them in.

How much email feedback do you recieve from your site? Is it mainly positive or negative?

There is a link on my site to a feedback form. I have had many positive responses to this site from people and companies all over the world.

How has it changed your life?
I can write all this cool stuff in my resume. People are always impressed that my website was featured in magazines & on websites. (And of course, my computer teacher who gave me an A+ for the assignment now has a very high opinion of me!)

How has your Web site benefited you? Your friends? Or total strangers? :
I came up with the idea for this site because I found that I had a whole list of great homework help sites in the back of my homework diary. By making this webpage, I can not only use these websites myself, but the whole world can too!

What are your favorite things on your site?

My absolute favorite site is All Experts. It's a site where volunteer experts in different fields come to answer your questions in under 3 days. I've talked to former Olympic athletes and many PhD's for help in my projects. Teachers are always impressed that I've talked to such high calibre people!

When looking at other people's Web sites what do you look for as a viewer?
appealing and organized layout

What is "one word" that would describe your site? :
CHAOS. (organized, of course!)

Why do you think people are interested in you and what you have to say?
I think this web site mostly appeals to children or teens and I am going through what they are going through right now-- homework woes. So I'm just trying to help them while I help myself
