Get Rid of the Old MySpace Profile Editor Code

If you created your MySpace profile using the 1.0 version of the MySpace profile editor, and now you're stuck with a MySpace profile that you can't change, here's the fix.

1. Log into MySpace.

2. Click on "Profile" and then click on "Customize Profile".

3. At the top of your MySpace profile editor you'll see a link that says "Go Back to Profile 1.0", click on this link.

4. When the box pops up click on the button that says "Switch to Profile 1.0".

5. Add this code to the end or your MySpace profile's URL: &pe=1

6. Hit the enter key on your keyboard. You'll now be taken to the MySpace 1.0 Profile Editor.

7. You can now get rid of all the changes you previously made to your MySpace profile by clicking on the "Start Over" button.

8. That's it. You've now reverted your MySpace profile back to it's original form and can start to revise it as you see fit. Since the MySpace Profile Editor 1.0 has been disabled, you can't use it to revise your profile.

9. To get back to the 2.0 version of the MySpace Profile Editor click on "Profile" and then "Customize Profile".

10. Click on the button that says "Upgrade to Profile 2.0".
