Organize or Reorganize MySpace Photo Albums

From Linda Roeder, About.com

First you need to create an empty photo album. You're asking why you would want to create an empty MySpace photo album. The answer is simple, to organize. Maybe you have a lot of photos, but you have them all in one photo album and you want to separate them out to make two smaller photo albums. You can do this. Create a new empty photo album and move the photos you want to move.

Create an Empty Photo Album

  1. Go to the Add/Edit Photos page.

  2. Scroll down to the line that says "Your Current Albums" and click on the link, on the same line, that says "Create Album".

  3. A bar will come up that says "Album Title". Type the name of your new MySpace photo album into the bar and click "Create".

  4. You're new MySpace photo album has now been created and you can start moving or adding files to it.

Moving Photos

  1. From your Add/Edit Photos page open the photo album that has the photos you want to move.

  2. Click on the photo you want to move.

  3. On the "Move To" line choose the name of the photo album you want to move this photo to from the drop down menu.

  4. Over on the right click the "Move" button.

  5. That's it, your photo has now been moved.
