On the MySpace video management page you will see tabs that say "Featured", "Videos", "My Videos" and "Upload". Click on the tab that says "Videos" to choose a video from the MySpace video library to add to your MySpace profile.
Look through the many categories and videos offered and choose one that you want to add to your MySpace profile by clicking on them and watching the videos.
