Track Your Facebook Apps' Usage

Did you ever want to track what your Facebook apps are doing? Well, now you can. Create a tracker for each of your favorite Facebook apps. The trackers will let you know when the traffic changes on your Facebook apps. You set the criteria too by percentage of change.

Organize your Facebook apps into labels too. There are already labels and applications in the AppHound application to get you started. You can change these to make AppHound personalized to what you need it to do for you.

Using the AppHound Tracker

1. Go to the AppHound Facebook application to begin adding AppHound to your Facebook profile. Click on the "Add AppHound" button and AppHound will be added to your Facebook. apphoundapppage

2. Click the "Trackers" tab to start creating your first tracker. apphoundtrackertab

3. Start typing the name of the application you'd like to track into the "Application" box. If you already have a tracker created you'll have to click on the "New Tracker" button first. Applications names will start popping up in a drop down box. Choose the name of the application you want to track from the box. Click "Add Tracker" when finished. apphoundcreatetracker

4. When a tracker makes it to the event settings you set for it, the tracker will show up in the "Events" tab. apphoundcheckeventstab

Changing Labels

1. Now we're going to make some changes to the labels and change the apps that are listed on AppHound. Click on the "Labels" tab to get started. Then click on the "Edit Labels" link in the labels section of the page. apphoundlabelstab

2. Change the titles of any of the labels you want to change by just typing in the name of the label you want to change the title to. Remove a title completely by clicking on the "X" next to the "Remove" link, or on the "Remove" link itself. apphoundchangelabels

3. Add a new application by typing the new title into the "Create new label" box at the bottom of the page and then clicking on the "New Label" button. apphoundaddnewlabel

4. Removing an application from AppHound is easy. Just click on the "X" next to the name of the application, and it's gone. apphoundremoveapp

5. To add a new label to an application click on the name of the application, then use the "More actions" drop down menu to add another label to your application. apphoundaddanotherlabel
