Why did you start writing your Web site?
What is your site about?
My site is about pets, all my cats and my dog and full of OE 5 stationery created in Scrippy and graphics created in PSP 7 and other programs, Plus a few tutorials, etc
Why do you write a site about your interest or hobby?
I love to create. I have always enjoyed creative crafts, anything I can put together as there is nothing quite like seeing a creation of your own making.
Do you communicate with readers of your site?
Yes, indeed, it's how I made some very special friends.
How much email feedback to you receive from your site? Is it mainly positive or negative?
Lots, and it's all positive.
Have you met any new friends because of the site?
Absolutely, especially a few very special and dear friends whom I communicate with regularly for almost 2 years now.
Has your motivation changed over time?
Yes, want to create more and do website graphics one day when I feel I am good enough too.
How has it changed your life?
Do your friends and family know you keep this site/read it? If so have you had any really negative experiences as a result? If not why?
Yes, they know and they think it 's great that I can do it and know so much. No negative feedback at all.
How has your Web site benefited you? Your friends? Or total strangers?
Feels great to create and I love color and graphics and starting from scratch and it's all mine (for the most part)
If you had to do it over again from the beginning, what would you change?
I would have gotten a computer sooner.
What are your favorite things on your site?
My stationery site
When looking at other people's Web sites what do you look for as a viewer?
Creative website designs, beautiful and uncluttered, orderly and organized and thought out, not clutter and disaster areas you can't find your way through
What is "one word" that would describe your site?
Things I love in life!
Because of your site do you consider yourself a Web celebrity, an exhibitionist, a public figure, a writer, an innovator, or something different?
I am a creative person, that's what I consider myself.
How do you tackle the mechanics of Web design and how do you deal with your frustrations when you can't do what you envision.
Put it away for a day and come back to it with a fresh mind, although I don't really have that problem as I just love what I do on the puter every day I am here.
Why do you think people are interested in your interest or hobby and what you have to say about it?
Because they love the same things and wish they could do it. and I tell them they can and have had people learn because I encouraged them. That makes me feel good.
What compels you to design beautiful pages and to write from the heart (beyond just the usual question of "why write a Web site")?
Sharing your talents is wonderful, so if others do it, why shouldn't I share as well.
