KJ Clipper is a great tool for those of you who like to create scrapbooks to send to friends and family. Cut out photos, move them around and create whole collages of photos you can use as gifts or to put on your Web site. Try out this photo and image editor to create and edit your images and photos.

Colors
All the basic tools you would expect from a paint program are here. There is the eraser, color pick, paint brush, airbrush, flood fill and flood erase. The icon to add text to your photos is also here. There are also color adjuster buttons.
Clipping
- Edge Clip - This is a very useful tool if you like to cut things out of your pictures. It creates a line that actually wraps around things in the picture. When your finished outlining what you want to clip out of your photo just double click and then drag your piece right out.
- Select a Region - You can also clip out sections with the square and elliptical tools. Just put a square, rectangle, circle or oval shape around the area you want to clip out.
- Blend and Feather - These tools will help you attach one photo or clip out to another and make them one.
Cropping
Proper cropping can not really be done. To crop something you can use the Edge Clip tool or the rectangle or oval clipping tools to cut out what you want to keep. Then select "save object" from the file menu. The problem here is that you can only save the object at a .bmp file. Useless if you are going to upload this to an online photo album, blog or personal Web site.
Print Screen
Can't be done. If you open a new, empty file on KJ Clipper and then go to edit/paste only a few things from the page show up, not the whole page.Other Tools
