Meet Friends on Orkut
What You Want To Know!

From , former About.com Guide

Cost - Free, you must have a Google account

Parents Permission Policy

From Orkut Terms of Service page:

  • "You must be 18 years or older to use the Orkut.com service."

Profile Page - Your profile page will tell people about who you are, you just fill out the editing section for your page. It will also show people who your friends and communities are and people can read your testimonials. With a click they can read your scrapbook too. Other's can add to your scrapbook, send you a message, add you to their bookmarks or add you to one of their lists.

Photos - Upload photos one by one to your Orkut profile photo album. Add a caption to each photo. Captions can be more than just titles so create a story with your photo album if you want to. Tell people what your photos are about.

Blog - The blog is called a scrapbook. There is a formatting key for the scrapbook so you can change colors of your text, add emoticons, add links and use bolds, underline and italics. Your friends can also add to your scrapbook and you can add to theirs.

Advanced Design - I see no place to use CSS or HTML. You can use certain code in the scrapbook though.
