Finding Friends - You can browse users or search for users with the search bar.
Old Friends - Unless you search for them by name and their name comes up I don't see you finding old friends with the search bar they offer here. There is no school or work line in the bio that would help you so you would have to search by name or location if you know where they live.
New Friends - You can browse 'til your hearts content. Users don't seem to be in any specific order though and I don't see any way to find out what their interests are unless they add it to their bio.
Connect to Friends - If you do find someone you want to add to your friends list just click on "Invite to Friend Network" under their name. You can also send them a message if you want.
Forums - There are forums but they are less for meeting other people and more for help using the site.
Groups - None found.
Chat room - None found.
Live Chat (Instant Messaging) - None found.
Subscriptions - You can subscribe to other peoples blogs on Newblog. Choose a post that you like and subscribe to it, then when comments are posted you can read them from your profile.
Friends Lists - Your friends list will show up on your profile page.
Comments On Blogs And Profiles - Comments can be added to both the blog and the profile of users. You can subscribe to blog comments when you leave a comment.
