With everything having to do with computers there is always more than one way to do anything. Getting your site online is the same way. That's right! Nothing in the world of computers is done the same way by everyone and that goes for Web design too. There are many different ways people around the world get their life and interests online.

Not only are there many different ways but there are also many different tools that can be used to the same end. Some people may design their sites online and others may design their sites on their hard drive and send it to an online server later. No matter how you do it or which tools you use there is no wrong way as long as it works.

Getting a personal Web page on the Internet is not as difficult as you may think it is. Here you will see how others do it and get an idea of how you want to proceed with your own online site. You will also learn about the basic tools involved in this process. This way you will have a general knowledge of what you will need to get started.

Those of you who have not yet created a Web site or those of you who have created one offline but have not yet put it online are the ones who will get the most out of this. Although, for some of you who already have a site online you may still learn some better way of doing what you are already doing or learn a totally new way of going about maintaining your Web site.
