Create Your Own Advent Calendar or Other Image Map

Find or create the image you want to use for your image map. You can find clip art free online. If you prefer to create your own you can use the Paint program that comes with Windows and then change the extention to .gif when you are finished or you can buy some graphic editing software.

For this tutorial I created my own Christmas tree and made the image map from that. You can view it at the end of the tutorial and see that I'm definitly no artist, but it works and you can see how easy it was to create.
