Web page editors and HTML editors are very important tools when you want to design a Web site. Choosing a Web page editor or HTML editor can be a hard and tedious task. There are so many different Web page editors and HTML editors to choose from, how do you choose the right one?
When choosing the HTML editor or Web page editor that's right for you the first thing you want to decide is if you want one that is a strict HTML editor, a WYSIWYG type Web page editor(what you see is what you get), or one that does both. Another deciding factor for you may be the price. Web page editors and HTML editors alike can run anywhere from free to hundreds of dollars.
Whether the Web page editor or HTML editor will publish your pages for you using FTP is probably not a deciding factor because FTP clients are easy enough to come by and fairly easy to use.
