Flavors Of The South
Story By: Ms Chile

From , former About.com Guide

URL: http://myweb.cableone.net/howle/index.html

I have always been interested in cooking, especially Souther, Mexican/Southwestern and spicy cuisines. I had entered hundreds of recipes in my word processor and a couple of friends encouraged me to start a website devoted to recipes and Diana Rattray who happens to live in a nearby town and who is the Southern Cuisine Guide for about.com helped me to create my first site in 1996 and we have become great friends. As the years went by I expanded into many other categories of recipes including Italian, Barbecue, Crockpot, Desserts, Holiday recipes, Cajun, etc.

In 2000 I got a good digital camera and began taking photos and enhancing them artistically and became addicted to digital photograpy and photo editing. I added a photography section to my site and post new photos and have links, a tutorial, and information of interest to digital photographers.
