Adding Banners
Once you choose the program you want to sign up for the rest is pretty easy. A lot of them will let you sign up immediately while others have criteria you have to meet to be accepted to their program. When you have been accepted you will be sent an email telling you what to do next.
When you get your acceptance email it will probably tell you to go to either their Web site or back to the affiliate companies site to search for a link to add to your site. From both Commission Junction and LinkShare you can find banners and text links to add to your site for companies that have accepted you.
Decide if you want to add text links or banners. If you want to add banners decide which size you want to add. They come from very small to very large. Some can be added to the top or bottom of your page and some can be added to the sides.
After you decide which banner or link you want to add click on where it says "html code". Then you can copy the code from their page and paste it into the HTML code on your Web page where you want the banner to show up. You can add the same banners to all your pages, if you want to, or you can choose many different programs and banners and add different ones to different pages.
