The Path

There are several main areas to the personal Web page path including: basic design, HTML, site hosting, site promotion, adding images and more. Creating a personal Web site is not a linear process but I am going to present it that way so it is easier to follow.

The last part of this path is a path all in it's own. This is where you can go to see personal Web pages that other people have created. It is broken down into 3 parts so it is easier for you to find what kind of Web site you are looking for.

The first part of this path is for the absolute beginner. The second part of the path is for the person who already has some knowledge of Web design. The third part is for the person who is ready to move on to something more advanced. This third part will take you off my site and on to other parts of About.com.

I hope this path will help you find all you need to create your own Web site or view other people's sites. If you see something that is not covered you can email me with your suggestion.
