10 Worst Facebook Apps

This must have been the longest hardest research in the world to do, really, worst Facebook apps. There are some really bad Facebook apps out there so finding the 10 worst out of the whole thousands of Facebook apps out there must have been a huge headache. I don't envy this guy.

There are games, wall decorations, something from Burger King, the honesty box, an app that tells you what kind of sandal you are, one that tells you if you're a good lover, and even one that doesn't do anything at all.

Twitter Had a Worm and a Phishing Scam

Unsuspecting Twitterers may have been infected by a Twitter worm and not even known it. Don't worry though Twitter has zapped the worm and it's all gone.

April 11 you may have seen a message telling you to click on a link inviting you to StalkDaily.com. When you clicked on this link, you became infected and the same message was then sent to all your Twitter friends. No biggie, happens to the best of us.

Also, if you see this message "Check out www.TheSmartEcard.com" don't click on it. This is a phishing scam designed to get your personal information from you. Just leave it alone and walk away.

Sign up, then right on the homepage you'll see a different 10 words each day for you to learn. You can see them, hear them, speak them and more. For a fee you can join the program.

Remember MySpace for Their Music

MySpace may not be the most popular social networking site on the Net anymore, but they're still arguably the best place online to go if you want to listen to music. Adam Ostrow reminds use that MySpace was all about music in the beginning and they're still all about the music now.

Ashton Kutcher Gets Over 1 Million Twitter Followers

After telling CNN he could reach 1,000,000 followers on Twitter before they could he did it, and fast too. In less than a week Ashton had over 1 million followers beating CNN who only had 947,000 followers at the time.

After seeing Ashton's success, Oprah Winfrey posted her first Twitter post on April 17. As of today, April 21, she has 433,000 followers already. She's not even in a competition.

$1 a Month for Facebook

How much would you pay to use Facebook? Do you think that if Facebook started charging, even if it's just $1 a month that they would lose a lot of people? Maybe even lose their number one slot?

The MySpace That Almost Never Was

Have you ever heard of YoPeeps? How about Comingle? Those were some of the names that were thrown around before coming up with MySpace. This is just one of the interesting pieces of trivia here.

And My Question To You Is: Why Twitter?

Oh, it's ok and all, but why is it so much more popular than other mini blogging sites.

On reader writes, "because twitter was before all of those". Is this a good answer? Do you all use typewriters because they were there first? No, you use computers because they're better, right?

Another reader writes, "Because, with Twitter, I can get in and out the quickest." Quicker than Plurk or Facebook? I don't see how. As far as quickness goes, they're all the same to me.

What do you all think? What's your opinion?
