Microsoft to take over MikeRoweSoft.com

Tuesday January 27, 2004
Mike Rowe of MikeRoweSoft.com has settled with Microsoft. He will give up his Web site domain in exchange for a few things that Microsoft is willing to pay for... CNN.com has said that Mike Rowe will be getting an Xbox game console and all the fees he will incur by having to move his Web site to another domain.

Mike Rowe decided to settle with Microsoft when they decided they couldn't give up the domain name. He will be invited to a technology festival held at the corporations headquarters too.

Instead of making a big deal of the whole situation it seems that Microsoft has decided that suing a teen would be a bad business deal. Instead they made a deal with him that made everyone happy. They got their domain name and he got his Xbox.

So now MS is swo jealous of a child’s name they want to go after him and give him a cheesy out-of-date XBox and the fees it will take for him to find another domain, but not the hours of work it will cost him. He may be happy today, but someday, maybe soon, he will rue the day he ever made a bargain with the blackhearts of Computerdom. I wonder if the BOD’s kids get spanked for using Linux OSs. They ought to hide their heads in shame if they have any sense of decency, which I don’t think they have. Psychopathy is such a burden, isn’t it? Bah! and Humbug!
