People like playing games and games of chance are among the favorites of choice. Here are some gambling games you can play on Facebook to destress and have a little fun. There are scratch and win tickets, a virtual slot machine and poker games you can play against other Facebook members and friends.

I really enjoyed playing these games, especially the scratch and win and the slot machines, I'm not much of a poker player. I played until all my credits were gone, then I earned some more credits and played some more. Bought some virtual prizes so I can move up a level. I'm really close to that next level, I can almost taste it.

This was a fun, non-thinking, way to relieve some stress and pass some time, not that I have a lot of time to pass. Does anyone know anything else about this. Apparently, Facebook shut down Power.com's access to Facebook. All they wanted to do was allow their users to get all their social networking in one place. You would be able to go to Power.com and see all your updates from sites like Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, Orkut, Hi5, and a few others, including Facebook.

What I find particularly odd about this is that Power.com is not the first company to have the idea of allowing people to get their social networking from one place. I don't know for sure whether they're the first to include Facebook, I doubt it though.

Why would Facebook shut them down? This is another oddity. Facebook has been making huge strides to increase their page views lately. Maybe they're trying to hang onto every little page view they can get.

Personally, I think it's a little silly of Facebook to shut down a company who's promoting their website for them for free. It may be drawing some traffic away, but ultimately, if the people getting their updates want to post back, they'll have to do it from Facebook, won't they?
